If you have RB3 DLC on your SD card that you downloaded from the Music Store and it works on your console, do not attempt to use this on that DLC as it could break the functionality of the DLC you have legitimately. You can not use this on APPs, as it is not made for that nor required for the emuNAND method. One that I recommend is HxD, which is free, open source, and fairly easy to use, but you can use most any other type of hex editor you happen to have on your computer. If you follow the steps below and have trouble loading the DLC, please read my Troubleshooting Snippet. It's possible that in order to get it to work, you may need the ticket from sZFE, but this has not been confirmed. Rock Band 2 DLC should be able to be used as is, converted to either APPs or BINs. If you have previously downloaded any DLC from the Music Store that works with your current console, do not delete, modify, or replace it! Make sure to keep a backup of the DLC, just in case. Before starting, make sure you read the steps in the Basic Guide! ? Importing Rock Band DLC to Rock Band 3
